Thank you for shopping at Terchha. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, this Refund & Return Policy explains your options for returning products and requesting refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact and undamaged
  • The request is made within [7/10/15 days] of delivery

**Note:** Certain products may not be eligible for return (see section 2).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Accessories like earrings, masks, and cosmetics
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Products purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
  • Wait for confirmation and instructions from our support team
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item to the return address provided

**Tip:** Always keep the courier receipt until your return is processed.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days after approval
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable

If you paid via UPI, debit card, or net banking, refunds may take up to **7 working days**.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund
  • Price differences (if any) must be paid before processing

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos of the defect via email or WhatsApp
  • We will arrange for a free replacement or refund

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or payment app again
  • Contact your bank or card provider; processing times vary
  • If you still haven’t received it, email us at your@email.com

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if requested before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; however, you may request a return after delivery.
